"MANILA, Philippines – A Brazilian actress/model and host of a popular noontime television show was charged Thursday with tax evasion by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for alleged non-filing of income tax return (ITR) and no-payment of taxes.
In a criminal complaint filed before the Department of Justice, BIR Commissioner Kim S. Jacinto-Henares identified the respondent as Daiana A. Menezes, one of the regular hosts of variety show “Eat Bulaga” of GMA-7 since 2007."
